Hmm, what to say about me. I’m just a small girl from a small town serving a big God with big dreams. My heart was drawn to the mission field at 15 years old. When I was 16 I went on my first foreign mission trip and spent my summer in Botswana and South Africa telling people about my incredible Savior. At 17, I again spent my summer in South Africa serving God through missions and at 19 I went back to South Africa for a year to intern with a ministry called Thrive Africa. When I moved back to America, I decided to go to school but I never lost my desire to get back on the mission field. I was in the States three and a half years before I was invited to go to China for two weeks to work with Revival Chinese Ministry International. It was there that I met the wonderful women who would introduce me to Adventures in Missions and Wipe Every Tear.
I was recently involved in the filming of a video depicting the plight of women caught in the sex trade. I played one of the girls taken in the video and therefore learned a great deal about what these women go through on a daily basis. My heart was broken for these girls who feel that they have no way out. It is an injustice in our world that must be stopped. My desire is to be God’s hands and feet to bring rescue and healing to these women who are so in need. I am called to do what Jesus did, to look upon the crowds (millions) of enslaved people with compassion and then DO something to help them.
